Who We Are
Rocket Fuel is a community program that works to make sure no child in Alaska goes hungry.
We started during the 2024 to 2025 school year as a small test program. At first, we helped only 50 students at one school. Today, Rocket Fuel has grown into a citywide program that gives meals to more than 600 children at seven schools. We also have many more families waiting for help as we continue to grow.
How You Can Help
We are looking for support from local businesses and community members to keep the Rocket Fuel program strong. Your donations, whether food or money, go directly to children who need it.
Our Mission
At Rocket Fuel, our mission is to make sure every child in Alaska has access to healthy food all year long.
We believe no child should ever have to be hungry. We work with schools, recreation centers, and community groups to give children nutritious meals that help them learn, grow, and do well in school.
We care about our community and the children we serve. Rocket Fuel is committed to ending childhood hunger in Alaska, one meal and one neighborhood at a time.
